Excellent knowledge of Cards life cycle with experience in cards domain nExcellent knowledge of Cards Application Workflow especially CAPS,CPPS,DCR and Prime. nExcellent knowledge of Cards Payment processing, SI (standard instruction) execution nExcellent knowledge of Cards collections, provisioning, bucket movement and delinquency nFair knowledge of Tsys prime 2 and online applications. nFair knowledge of Cards personalization application, Encoding, Embossing (BANK uses Dexxis from gemalto and Multicards from Omaemirates applications) nFair knowledge of MasterCard File express and Visa pre edit nGood knowledge of Oracle, Informix, SQL server and DB2 Databases nFair knowledge of IIS and WAS servers nFair knowledge of Java nWriting SQL queries nDR preparation and execution of Card applications n24 7 first level support for the above applications and escalations to next level nProduction issues investigation, Analysis, evaluation and testing on reported incidents nVendor coordination. (Gemalto, Omaemirates, Tsys, Internal Development team etc) nSIT and UAT support for the production fixes / IT initiatives nParticipate and contribute in meetings (Production fixes / UAT / Technical IT initiatives) nEnvironment setup for Cards applications nParticipate in Audit and InfoSec meeting and follow up for the closure of the ROF and Risk items raised by respective teams nMonitor and maintain application server health nMaintain backend updates, Releases, SRFs, FCR, PCR, Master inventory and service downtimes nDocumentation of support and DR documents nMIS reports using crystal, BO reports and data extraction nConfiguring of DTS, ODBC nSupport and coordinate with internal teams nPatching and baselines nUnderstanding other surrounding systems and process nProviding information to senior management nProactivity update before issue escalations nExcellent knowledge of Banking systems, process and procedures nGood communication skills, Roles & Responsibilities:Minimum Experience Required:Mandatory Skills: Cards-L2 Project Management-L3 Desirable Skills: Payments and Cards-Payments Front-end-L2 Language Skills: English Language-L2
