Job Description

Responsibilities:The Care Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing care and management of residents at the facility. Their responsibilities will include:- Oversee and manage daily operations of the facility- Ensuring adherence to care routine and care standards- Recruit, supervise and motivate facility staff- Coordinate with consultant doctors and therapists- Coordinate with vendors such as diagnostic labs, caterers, medical and disposable suppliers etc- Monitor preparation, delivery and review of resident care plans- Manage communication with residents families- Ensure regular training of staff- Manage staff rosters- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety compliances at all timesEducation and skills:- Graduate or above (preferably BSc, MSc Nursing, but others are welcome to apply)- Computer skills (MS Office)- Language skills- English and Tamil (Hindi, would be a bonus)Working hours:- 6 days a week- 830am-630pm
