Lead our Career Coach initiative, by planning and execute successful Career Coach session roll out at schools. Source and engage corporate, institutional and individual volunteers to execute the programs at PUTHRI schools.To work closely with the psychometric assessment vendor on tool enhancements and clearing technical bugs. To collate and maintain the data of the assessments and track the career progression of our PUTHRI scholars. To roll out Train the Trainer sessions for the career coaching counsellors. Making pitches to various institutions and corporate for scholarship, free admission seats and Earn while you Learn opportunity for our PUTHRI scholars. Create engagement events and track the PUTHRI scholar progress Constant updations of Career Coaching modules and arrange aptitude test training to 12th Grade PUTHRI scholars to prepare them for corporate assessments. Source and engage all the resource people/ organisations for the roll out of special sessions at schools. To assist the Project Implementation team on session planning across the project locations. Candidate Profile Any PG qualification from recognized institution - preferable 1- 10 Years of social work / sales / sourcing / recruitment experience will be ideal.
