Job Description

    Position OverviewWere seeking female candidates for an office-based Career Counsellor role specializing in online safety education placement. This position offers excellent earning potential through a competitive incentive structure.Location & Work Type
    • 100% office-based position
    • Regular office hours (Monday to Saturday)
    • No work from home option available
    • Location: Chennai
    Key Responsibilities
    • Guide and counsel individuals toward appropriate online safety certification programs and courses
    • Conduct thorough assessments of clients career goals and educational backgrounds
    • Manage high volume of outbound calls to potential candidates
    • Maintain relationships with candidates who are interested in online safety training programs
    • Track placement rates and student progress
    • Provide ongoing support to enrolled students
    • Create personalized career development plans
    Required Qualifications
    • Female candidates only
    • 4-6 years of experience in career counselling or related field
    • Bachelors degree in any domain.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Interested candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, goal-oriented mindset, and passion for helping others achieve their professional goals.
