Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 8 Areas Actionable (4-6) QUALITY CHECKS System reports based checks on Retail Assets products pertaining to PL ,KGC & CD Manual sample checks on Retail Asset products pertaining to PL,KGC & CD Identification for missouts / process lapse / process gaps Recommendation of corrective actions and implementation Publishing quality check reports Ensure process notes are available for all critical activities Ensure process adherence basis process notes Drive process standardization across all locations Review of internal Audit outcome and take action basis the observations ,if any Continuous improvement of work process within the set guidelines PROCESS CONTROL Ensure process notes are available for all critical activities Ensure process adherence basis process notes Drive process standardization across all locations Review of internal Audit outcome and take action basis the observations ,if any Continuous improvement of work process within the set guidelines CENTRAL SUPPORT Co-ordinating with all regional stakeholders of RIC Retail Assets team to ensure process is followed as per the set guidelines Support with timely data requirements from the regions Review and analyse data and publish MISs Support automation of manual activities PEOPLE MANAGEMENT Manage support staffs and ensure activities are conducted within the specified TAT and accuracy Conduct timely training for support staffs.Skills
