Job Description

  • As a utility In-charge, will be leading operation and Maintenance of Central Utility, Pump House,Warehouse, QC Block and Admin.
  • Operation and maintenance of all utility Equipments like Boiler,Chillers, Air Compressors, Cooling Towers, Vacuum pumps, Hot Water Systems, Temperature Control Units etc.
  • Ensuring the regulatory needs of utilities (Boiler, DOF, Third Party inspection etc)
  • Daily Utility consumption reports, Fuel consumption report, Daily , monthly and yearly projection of cost.
  • Maintenance of Air Handling Units, Cleanrooms, Cold rooms, Incubators, Autoclaves etc.
  • Maintenance of infrastructure and facilities.
  • To involve in the projects and modification related activities.
  • To receive the job orders from production and user departments and to allot the works to contract workers accordingly and to execute the work on priority basis.
  • To perform the breakdown maintenance.
  • To perform the preventive maintenance as per schedules.
  • Reviewing with production and other department about the breakdown and preventive maintenance.
  • Investigation of root causes of repeated problems and initiating corrective and preventive actions.
  • Verification of the bills submitted by service providers / contractors.
  • Ensure to follow house-keeping standards with focus on 5s systems.
  • To plan for men and materials economically and efficiently.
  • Follow up with the Supply Chain Management for required materials, spares and consumables.
  • Modifications to be made time to time according to the process requirements.
  • To ensure the effective execution of AMC s.
  • Handling of QMS documents like change control, deviation and CAPA.
  • Handling of equipment qualifications.
  • To prepare the shift schedules of the engineers & technicians.
  • To do root cause analysis of repeated breakdown.
  • To educate the department technicians and to guide them in problem solving.
  • Attend the works assigned by the HOD / Designee
Technical/functional Skills:
  • Independently handling Utility Plant , Warehouse, QC, Pump house and Admin
  • Presentation, WORD and Excel proficiency.
  • GMP/QMS/Trackwise/SAP
Educational Qualification: B.E. (Mech) /DiplomaExperience:7-10 YearsBehavioral Skills:
