Job Description

    Job Title: Customer Support Voice ProcessLocation: Chennai Work Mode: Work From Office (5 Days) Shift: Night Shift Experience: Minimum 1 YearWe are hiring Customer Support Executives (Voice Process) to join our dynamic customer service team in Chennai! If you have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle queries effectively in a fast-paced environment wed love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. Take complete ownership of customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution. Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality standards. Demonstrate strong verbal communication and listening skills over the phone. Accurately document customer interactions and feedback.
