Job Description

    We are seeking a skilledProcess Engineerto design, develop, and optimize chemical manufacturing processes, ensuring they are efficient, cost-effective, and scalable. In this role, you will lead research and development efforts to improve production performance and support ongoing operations. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.Key Responsibilities:
    • Process Design & Optimization:Design and optimize chemical manufacturing processes to ensure maximum efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Continuously monitor and enhance processes for greater productivity.
    • Research & Development:Lead or contribute to innovative research to develop new processes, materials, or techniques aimed at improving production efficiency and product quality.
    • Safety & Compliance:Ensure all processes comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations. Partner with EHS teams to identify risks, implement corrective measures, and maintain high safety standards.
    • Production Support:Provide technical assistance to production teams, troubleshooting process issues and ensuring consistent product quality and process stability.
    • Data Analysis & Process Improvement:Use data analysis tools and statistical models to track production data, identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, enhancing production yield and quality.
    • Project Management:Oversee projects related to process improvements from inception to completion, ensuring they meet budget, timeline, and quality goals.
    • Collaboration:Collaborate with R&D, quality control, production, and other engineering teams to drive continuous improvements and optimize processes.
    • Documentation & Reporting:Maintain accurate and detailed engineering documents, reports, process flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
