The role requires strong technical leadership along with proven experience in project management, delivery governance, CI/CD implementation, and team handling.We are seeking a highly experienced IT professional with strong expertise in Java Spring Boot, Oracle PL/SQL, Angular, and Cloud technologies (Oracle Cloud/AWS) to lead enterprise application development and digital transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional ResponsibilitiesTechnical LeadershipLead architecture, design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using:Java / J2EESpring Boot & MicroservicesOracle PL/SQLAngular Drive cloud adoption and modernization initiatives using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or AWS. Design scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures. Define coding standards, security standards, and development best practices. Conduct technical reviews and ensure application quality and performance optimization.Project Management & DeliveryManage end-to-end project development lifecycle including requirement analysis, estimation, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and support. Drive project delivery with internal teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, quality, and budget. Track project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans. Provide regular project status updates to senior management and business stakeholders.Team ManagementLead and manage development teams comprising developers, technical leads, QA, and support engineers. Allocate work, monitor progress, and ensure productivity across teams. Mentor team members and drive technical capability building. Manage vendor coordination and offshore/onshore delivery teams where applicable.DevOps & CI/CDImplement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment processes. Work with DevOps teams to improve deployment automation and release management. Ensure adherence to DevOps best practices and release governance. Experience with tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven, SonarQube, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.Cloud & InfrastructureWork on cloud-native or hybrid application deployments using Oracle Cloud or AWS. Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams for environment setup, monitoring, and optimization. Ensure high availability, scalability, backup, disaster recovery, and security compliance.Governance & ComplianceEnsure compliance with IT governance, audit, security, and regulatory standards applicable to BFSI/NBFC domains.
