Job Opening Details back to list Reference Code: RRF004395 Job Title: Cisco Architect Category: - Uses knowledge of technology, products, and services to build UC, CC and WFO solutions (and solution options) for the customer to meet customer s need by Solution availability including all third-party applications for Reporting, Recording, analytics etc. either as an onrpem or cloud - Works with clients and Pre-Sales team to derive technical priorities, challenges, and initiatives that can be translated into opportunities and capture the customer need- Responsible for coordination, delivery, and quality of presales solution deliverables related to data center and virtualization within the domain of a larger opportunity, which include items such as configurations, onboarding of Customer, conduct requirement workshop with customer Develops and fosters relationships with strategic original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and key data center partners who are local to your region and/or territory for any platform/Application issues- Assists in statement of work review and development.- Responsible for capturing customer s storage, server, virtualization, and data center business requirements into specific product and/or service proposals to ensure proper capacity planning- Ensures that proposed solutions, when implemented, meet the needs and functional requirements of the customer by working with the vendors implementing the solution and lead the customer UAT- Conduct customer onsite training for end user applications for Agent desktop, Reporting and Administration- Handle all application integration need with customer and Solution partners and come up with right design- Prepare plan to execute along with delivery leads and present a solution to internal and external stake holders- Manage technical team and conduct regular training for the team to improve their competency.- As a quick learner, manage and learn new technology and do a value add services to customers and support Sales/PreSales team to position this new technology- Be a SPOC for all technical solution issues including Severity 1 and 2.- Be an in charge of complex customer solution starting from solution planning, design, implementation and support- Be a customer s solution/technical solution specialist for their any queries and help as a go to person for any technical/solution assistance.- Conduct regular audit of the solutions and understand customer solution usage, based on this give a further suggestion to improve their solution usage and optimize the platform.- Should have an overall relevant experience of more than 10 years in Onprem and Cloud Cisco /UC/CC applications-UCCX, PCCE, UCCE, Unity, IM and Presence and Call manager- Must have designed, sized, confirmed, and implemented customer requirement and Low-Level Design and UAT document- Must have an experience to manage Telecom and connectivity provider for porting numbers into cloud and at customer site.- Experience in SIP technologies and CUBEs integrations- Must have worked on setup and Design Cisco UCS, FIC / Blade Servers/C series in a Virtualized environments and VMware Configuration. Minimum 2 year experience in this.- Knowledge on the following storage solutions integrations ,sizing of LUN,IOPS,HA with UCSo EMC(mandatory)o NetApp,HP and Hitachi (Essential)- Must have relevant certifications - CC CCNP/CCIE Collaboration, UCCE- support specialist, VMware-VSP, CC black belt.- Experience in capturing customer business need and come up with right platform design.- Experience in handling Team, delegating and tracking works and conducting training for internal and external stake holders- Design and implementation experience in Cisco ECE or Egain multichannel - Must have an experience in Contact Center business side and solution positioning for customer s business need- Must have an experience to conduct customer requirement workshop and ability to capture the business requirement and prepare a requirement document- Must have knowledge Security standards needed for security compliance like PCI, SOC.GDPR - Experience of VMware Virtualization platform- Experience in BOM review and validation of solution Center components and CC/UC applications- Up-to-date with latest technology in Industry in the CC and UC domain- Experience in handling Cloud security related queries related to GDPR/SOC 2, Data privacy, Authentications. Cloud security certification is optional - Experience in Verint or Calabrio recording solutions- Strong decision-making skills and ability to prepare technical presentation and delivery plan for internal and external stake holders- Strong analytical skills to give any assistance during Severity 1 and 2 issues.
