Job Details:you are responsible for technical operations, SLA,delivery, ITIL process and flexible support. You should have good experience in Citrix Xenapp, PVS, Netscaler, Storefront and Edgesight reports handling , DR drill plan, vendor co-ordination and SLA management. You should be able to work as a co-operative team member, capable of handling critical situations independently and able to co-ordinate with other technical teams as well . You should be able to respond to technical queries / requests from team members and customers on time.You should be able to coach, guide and mentor junior members in the team and prepare SOPs,SIPs for the activities carried out for further reference.You should have good ITIL knowledge to handle incidents, changes and problem management required for the technical process
