- Lead day to day operations, deliver on operational plans against the strategic vision for the company- and being the face of Swiggy in that community- Establish an operating rhythm of the business to ensure the stores are running effectively and efficiently- Find and pursue cost reduction opportunities for maintaining strong P&L- Expansion into multiple zones for higher customer zone coverage- Improve Store Manpower efficiency, Improve order fill rates, optimize ambient and cold storage space and manage stringent processes to reduce pilferage- Maintain highest levels of stock availability and CX metrics and explore growth drivers- Stock management, stock movement across multiple phases and audits- Build productive and positive relationships across the organization at all levels to drive influence- Manage a team of Operations Managers and drive a culture of operational excellence- Support procurement process - and build vendor and supplier relationships- Identify and implement new initiatives with stakeholders to develop and launch new initiatives- Author, manage, and deliver executive level reporting, including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly status reports to manage risks and issues and improve team communication and collaboration- Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision making with leadership- Maintain harmony and ensure shared responsibility of business objectives with focus on team development and employee career growth- Help with recruiting operations and oversee new employee onboarding and training programsDesired Candidate :- A competent result oriented decision-maker with strong stakeholder management and execution skills- High ownership, accountability and bias for action a must- Should be comfortable with data analysis, Excel and be able to drive data driven decision making- Ability to work as a team player in a target driven work environment- Should have experience towards managing a large team of online and offline members- Drive process improvements and the ability to keep pace with our explosive growth while motivating others- 8+ years of relevant experience in Online/Offline retail industry in operations or business operation line- Graduate/postgraduate with proven operational execution skills - High ethical standards- Language: English and Local Language preferredThe apply button will redirect you to an external URL, please apply there as well ,
