Job Description

    Client Acquisition Executive Responsibilities:Identify new business opportunities, New Client Acquisition from Pan India & International Market for recruitment, and tie up as recruitment partner.Liaison with engineering/non-engineering clients and identify potential upcoming projects and recruitment drives and have a business tie-up for their recruitment partners.Looking after all business communications and accountable for the expansion of customer base.Identifying and meeting potential clients and decision-makers by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.Understand technical qualifications needed to fill client positions.Develop and maintain healthy relationships with existing clients.Conduct meetings with potential clients to generate new businesses.Conduct conferences with existing/ potential clients and candidates through any medium.Discuss and negotiate payment terms and conditions with clients.Work closely with Recruitment Managers and Recruiting team to understand and assess client needs.Follow up on the current ongoing and upcoming requirements with clients. Follow up on pending Invoices and Payments.Preparation of clients database for contacted and interested clients and sharing with Team Manager on daily basis.Please find a brief about the job as follows:Position: Client Acquisition ExecutiveLocation: Work from Office ( Urapakkam)Experience: 0-2 Yrs Salary: FlexibleTravel: This position is required client meetings, so the candidate must be open to traveling inside India sometimes.Working Days: 6 Days a weekWorking Timing: 09:30 AM to 6.30 PMRecruiter Details: Anitha- hidden_mobile/ hidden_email
