Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education Overall around 5+ years of SAP Development experience. The SAP ABAP Team Lead will be responsible for designing and developing SAP developments as needed in the project. This individual will be an integral part of the SAP ABAP Development, Unit and Integration test cycles, code remediation for issues raising in the testing cycles. Mandatory Qualifications At least 5 years of hands-on development experience in SAP Web Dynpro ABAP , SAP Adobe Interactive forms, Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Labels, Workflows & RF Screens Must have experience in SAP S/4HANA (on-premise) implementation projects. Prior experience in Label making software applications such as Loftware, NiceLabel, Zebra Designer, Bartender, Sintel, etc. would be critical. Knowledge of BRF+ based Output Management in SAP S/4HANA Possesses a solid understanding of various Web/form techniques using the latest technologies available. Candidate must have the ability to grasp new technologies and quickly self-learn new applications to understand the technical requirements required in the project. Must possess strong communication skills to front-end customer discussions using Design of RICEFW objects. Must have strong analytical skills and teamwork approach consistently provide the clients with outstanding delivery. Project Duties and Responsibilities Consistently applies fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications. Applied in-depth knowledge of one or more programming languages. Substantive knowledge of coding, testing and debugging. Proven ability to apply programming languages to develop solutions to business needs. Competent to work in all phases of applications programming and design. Show ability to work in an environment of SAP applications. Provides application design and documentation that spans multiple applications and/or functions. Exhibit ability to mentor less experienced team members at Onsite/ Offshore. Prioritizes own work regarding the development, coding, testing, and debugging of new software or enhancements to existing software.
