Job Description

    Seeking an experienced Cluster Relationship Manager to oversee and manage the entire Chennai region, which includes approximately 100 to 150 Indian & IOB bank branches. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of experience with a strong track record of stability in their current and previous organizations, as well as 3 to 5 years of experience in team and branch handling. The Cluster Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key bank branch stakeholders, driving business growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:
    1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Indian & IOB bank branches in the Chennai region.
    2. Act as the primary point of contact for bank branch managers and staff, addressing their queries, concerns, and providing support.
    3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of business strategies with bank branch partners.
    4. Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth within the assigned region, focusing on increasing insurance product sales and market share.
    5. Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and presentations to educate bank branch staff about Niva Bupas products, benefits, and sales techniques.
    6. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential areas for improvement and innovation.
    7. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the performance of the assigned region, including sales metrics, customer satisfaction, and market insights.
    8. Provide guidance and support to the sales team in meeting targets and achieving business objectives.
    9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all interactions and activities.
    10. Stay updated with industry developments, market trends, and changes in insurance regulations.
