Job Description

1.Assistance to client for review and selection of vendor for execution of interiorwork.2.Theinteriordesignconsultantshallpostoneprofessionallyqualifiedinteriordesign-Architectsnotlessthan5yearsexperiencewithadequateworkexperienceatsiteathiscost(includingcomputers,stationeries)tooverseetheinteriorconstruction activities during execution of the interiors works, attend all interiorcoordination meetings at site, co-ordinate with site execution team for obtainingnecessarydrawingsincompliancewiththeagreedspecifications.3.Theauthorizedrepresentativeshouldbecapableoftakingindependentdecisions.In this connection, he shall prepare and submit such documents e.g drawings,notesetc.necessaryfor,answeringqueriesandprovidingadvicesoughtconcerningthe project, as thecase maybe.4.The duration for the site posting shall be till the handling over the project. Theinteriordesignconsultantshallassisttheclientsprojectmanagertoensurecompliance with the design and adherence to the desired quality levels for allinteriorworks executed atsite5.The interior design consultant shall collaborate with and provide assistance to theclientandotherconsultants onallmatters concerningtheproject.6.The interior design consultant shall review and respond to the RFIs from thesubcontracts, carry out QA/QC of works executed, collaborate with and provideassistancetotheprojectmanagerandotherconsultantsonallmattersconcerningtheproject.ProjectQualityShallmeanMonitoringdesignfidelityordesignadherencebyvisual,meansAssessinglineandlevelcheckscarriedoutbythevendorappointedbytheclientAssessingthefinishedproduct(executedbythevendorappointedbytheclient)vis--visConceptArchitecturalServicesDesign&DrawingPortfolio.Submittingdesignfidelity/adherencereporttotheclient.ProjectQualityshallnot includeChecking&approvingqualityapprovalofmaterialsboughtforexecution.Conductingline&levelchecksduringvariousexecutionstagesConductingmaterial producttests at sites or at labsConductingmeasurementsorconductingquantificationchecksatsiteConductingqualitychecksofthefinishedproductsatsite7.The interior design consultant shall attend meeting with the Client/Client and theproject manager whenever required to do so. In this connection, he shall prepareand submit such documents e.g., drawings, notes etc. necessary for answeringqueriesandprovidingadvicesoughtconcerningtheproject,asthecasemaybe.8.The interior design consultant shall also check, coordinate at site and approvesamples, mock-ups and shop drawings to ensure conformance with the detaileddesign.Thedeliverablesatthisstagewillinclude,withoutlimitation.1.Thepreparationandsubmissionofcompletesetofconstructionissuancedrawingsforallrelateditemsidentifiedinteriorscopeinstage#2whichalsoincludesdrawingsandsketchesthatmayberequiredRFIbytheexecutionteam.2.Review and approval of submission made by vendors/ submit all finishing works(eg.Shop drawings,samples, mockups etc.)3.Submit report to ensure compliance with design and adherence to all quality levelforall the finishing works.
