Job Description

    Communications and Content Lead for Hiring, Offers and Onboarding The role will lead the strategy, design, and development of content for new hires to ensure they have a superlative onboarding employee experience. Their primary role would be to partner with the HRSS team to identify, curate and develop content aligned to an employee s pre and onboarding cycle (i.e., -30 to 90 days). The role requires the incumbent to redesign our current approach and content to think global and guide the creation, delivery of relevant content based on an employee s role, function, and region. At its heart, this role will position and reaffirm Wipro as an employer of choice and position us a company that is focused on building differentiated experiences for Wiproites, with talent at the centre of what we do and how we build world class employee experiences. This role will also ensure the experience we create for our new hires propels them into becoming brand advocates sharing their positive experiences externally. This leader will help educate and inform Wipro s onboarding communications strategy helping new hires integrated with our culture, purpose, vision and business strategy. They will create highly personalized and differentiated content, aligned to our overall tone and voice, to foster a sense of connectedness and belonging to the larger Wipro family. This role will be an advocate for employee experience in the area of communication approaches and tactics and defining the most impactful channels to reach new hires employees where they are. This role will build a comprehensive onboarding content dissemination plan that spans across various touchpoints such as welcome letters, trainings, 30-day onboarding plan, leadership and manager connects among others. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with the HRSS function to reimagine our current onboarding experience and create content to deliver our vision to be an employer of choice Revise, redraft and where needed develop new content for various onboarding system triggers and touchpoints to ensure we are coming across as an open, transparent, empathetic and authentic employer of choice, keeping employee experience at the center Collaborate with the broader HR ecosystem (Talent Acquisition, Strategic Hiring) and other teams such as C&B, Culture, talent Development etc. to ensure our content is aligned with our employee value proposition, culture, 5-habits and HR policies to ensure we represent an integrated, holistic and accurate view to the employee Responsible for ensuring the right and relevant content is curated based on user personas and their anticipated career journey within Wipro Partner with HR and other internal communicators, to ensure the onboarding content and touchpoints is aligned with GBL/SMU/function-specific efforts already in play for new hires so as to not create duplicative content but build a journey that is seamless and complementary to theirs Work closely with the Internal Commutations Content Head to ensure latest content, business direction, tone of voice, and initiatives are communicated to new hires Be the employee experience and brand custodian for how we connect and communicate with new hires. Ensure transparency, accuracy, and consistency is reflected at all points as it builds ongoing trust and lasting employee experiences Develop personalized and highly targeted content, messaging that is tailored by target audience, role, band, and region Use analytics, learnings, feedback and insights to continuously refine our content strategy based on learnings Deliver content with a deep understanding of the various job types, roles and regional and cultural nuisances Track key communication efforts and measures and contribute to dashboards and reports CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED Exceptional writer with a proven track record of creating and executing content that deliver on business goals Strong oral and presentation skills A flair for design thinking and marketing/advertising concepts Strong stakeholder management Ability to effectively collaborate with coworkers and subject matter experts to achieve stronger outcomes Understand regional cultural nuisances when working with stakeholders and creating content Strong listening skills with a proven ability to assess communication issues and then influence stakeholders to take desired actions Creative, innovative and the ability to think beyond the traditional framework Able to balance multiple priorities and work well independently and with teams, both in-person and virtually Resilient and adaptable to change Conflict resolution CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION 10-15 years of communication and writing experience. Experience in creating content for various audiences and platform would be a plus Exceptional writing, editing, and English grammar skills. Demonstrated organizational, program management, and presentation skills. Demonstrated relationship management skills and team management skills. Strong understating of business and business concepts would be a huge advantage,
