Job Description

    To comply with the companies act 2013 and other statutorylawsJDPerform the statutory duties and other legal formalities asper the provisions of the Companies Act, Income-tax, RBIand other regulations applicable to the group (includingNon-Banking Finance Company requirements & MFI).Must have experience in SEBI(LODR)The job holder ensures that the policies and procedures laidout are in compliance with all statutory and operationalprocessesEnsures compliance of all audit reports, timely completion,closure of reports etc.,Manage conflict of interest between directors and thegovernance in the best interests of the organisationEnsures compliance of all audit reports, timely completion,closure of reports etc.Taking care of RBIs regulations on Fraud reporting, fraudmonitoringQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
    • A qualified Company Secretary with minimum 4 years
    • Experience from NBFC/BANKING/MFI
    • Good drafting skills with excellent communication and presentation skills
