Job Description

    Overview of the Role:As a Compensation & Benefits specialist, you will be responsible to build a fair and attractive compensation and benefits plans that helps to improve employee satisfaction and create a productive workplace.Responsibilities: Ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with company policies and/or other regulations or legislation Facilitate annual salary review process and annual incentive plan processes in liaison with market, Germany and other Daimler entities; involving budgeting, communication, roll-out, implementation/ change management Support benefits strategy, policies and programs assist in the design of benefit programs that meet business goals and objectives, ensuring effective coverage to the relevant employee population Manage the activities around employee performance assessment, tracking, metrics, and the yearly performance appraisal cycle by aligning departments, resources, systems and individuals Responsible for anchoring. Performance management for all levels and administer the merit planning process to ensure adherence to guidelines and budgets; This includes Performance and Potential Evaluations, Individual Development Plans and Goal Agreements Networking with external peers, Benchmark with best practices and accordingly recommend changes to compensation and Benefit practice / plans Documentation, audit payouts and ensure governance including statutory compliance Creation of incentive plan strategy, framework design, liaising with leaders and cross-functional project management Analyze ROI on incentive plans and seek active feedback from leaders to keep the plans in line with business strategyQualification: Education: Masters degree in Business Administration specialized in Human Resources from a premier B School Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in handling Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (esp: MS Excel) Language: Proficient and Fluent English at negotiation levelPersonality: Innovative and focus driven individual with people management skills in a diverse working environment Dynamic and self-starter who can collaborate across various functions and geographic regions including international markets Ability to handle complexity and stretched goals Strong communication and integration skills,
