Job Description

As a Component Developer specializing in both Angular and React, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining reusable UI components for our web applications. Your expertise in both frameworks will be essential in ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of our user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and other cross-functional team members to create high-quality, efficient, and visually appealing components that enhance the overall user experience.Responsibilities: Component Development: Design, develop, and maintain reusable UI components using both Angular and React frameworks, following best practices and established coding standards. Cross-Framework Integration: Collaborate with front-end developers to seamlessly integrate Angular and React components into our web applications, ensuring consistency, performance, and compatibility across the platforms. Code Optimization. Optimize component code for improved performance, responsiveness, and scalability, taking into consideration factors such as rendering speed and memory management. Responsive Design: Create components that are responsive and adaptable to different screen sizes and devices, contributing to a seamless user experience across various platforms. Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure that the visual design and user interactions are accurately implemented in the components. Collaborate with other team members to define component requirements and specifications. Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of components to identify and resolve issues, ensuring high-quality and reliable code. Documentation: Document component architecture, usage guidelines, and integration procedures for fellow developers, ensuring clear understanding and consistent implementation. Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in Angular and React, sharing insights and best practices with the team to drive continuous improvement.Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered. Experience: 3yrs to 5 yrs of hands-on experience in developing components using both Angular and React frameworks. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Angular and React, including a strong understanding of their core concepts and features. Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, NgRx). Experience with modern front-end build tools and package managers (Webpack, npm, etc.). Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex user interface requirements and translate them into functional, efficient, and maintainable components. Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, particularly in coding practices, component performance, and UI/UX fidelity.
