To educate the patient about the malignancy , investigation , treatment plan , prognosis and side effects.2. Provide counselling to the patients & their families about cancer treatment.3. Plan and implement the treatment in a timely manner.4. Oversee the administration of chemotherapy to patients.5. Follow up with the treatment plan for each patient.6. Setup processes for consistent and continual monitoring of quality of care delivered.7. Establish accountability and ownership of deliverables across all team members/Jr. Doctors.8. Provide coaching , direction and leadership support to team members.9. Implement improved processes and management methods to ensure quality care provided to patients.10. Ensure clinical excellence through revenue generation.11. Ensure regulatory compliances and quality and quality accreditations (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers NABH) for the respective Centre.12.
