Job Description

    At Outsized, we match clients in financial services and management consulting to high-quality independent consultants and boutique/specialist firms for the execution of their key projects.Our client, a global consulting firm, is looking for a strategy consultant to support them in a plant operations improvement project. They are looking for someone with prior experience in the Operations & maintenance of Steel/ Power Plants/ Ferro-Alloy plants.The consultant will be embedded in the project team and the overall objectives of the project will be to optimize the business process, control costs, ensure quality, and Maintenance improvement for the steel manufacturing client. Responsibilities: - Manage various initiatives set in motion and come up with new strategic ideas for process optimization- Conduct analysis and research on how to optimize the processes and build in industry best practices- Present findings and recommendations to clients- Implement recommendations or solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out Experience needed: - 3-10 years of experience in consulting/Industry- A degree from a top tier university is mandatory This is a contractual opportunity and will be on an initial 3 to 4-month contract. This role requires the consultant to be available on-site at the plant location in Durgapur, West Bengal.,
