Job location - Chennai2. Ready to work in night shift (Men - 24/7)3. Ready to work in rotational week-offs (6 days in a month)4. Extended working hours during festive and season times5. Shift timing - 9 hours with strict adherenceEligibility Criteria1. Any bachelor degree is mandatory2. MS Office certification / part of curriculum (Optional)Knowledge1. Knowledge of Voice & Non-voice2. Online sales / offline sales / customer service3. Basic knowledge of Jewellery - Gold, Diamond, Platinum and SilverSkills1. Communication - Mandatory - Good spoken skill in English & Hindi and any other regional language in addition to this2. Technology skills - Surfing - Google, Whatsapp, FB etc.3. Computer operating knowledge4. Good English writing skill - Mandatory for E-mail and Chat teamExperience1. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in voice / non-voice & from jewellery industry is preferredYour KRA/KPI1. Communicate with the customer via chat / calls / email and sell with the complete product description2. Influencing and selling jewellery3. Addressing all customer queries4. Following up with the customers5. Timely revert to the customers and clarifying their queries6. Retaining the existing or new customers7. Coordinating with inter departmental personnel8. Working on ERP system, Magento, Ameo etc
