Here is a glimpse of what you will do:
  • To serve as Subject Matter Expert that supports Flextronics Demand Management / APS Implementation
  • To support Global/Regional teams initiatives in driving Demand Management /APS system utilization, standardization & planning process simplification
  • To support business enablement by responding to customers specific planning requirements and escalations
  • To Execute projects/efforts related to Inventory & Cost control/reduction
  • To support IT/ Corporate Demand Management/APS related projects implementation
Here is some of what you will need (required):
  • Must be a graduate ( B.E-MBA, B.Sc.-MBA, MCA, B.Tech, BE (ECE, Computers))
  • Have good Demand / Forecast Management, Planning, APS(Kinaxis) and ERP (Baan) planning knowledge
  • Have working experience in Planning and/or Supply Chain Management
  • Strong passion to drive changes / standardization
  • Good team player
  • APICS or other SC certification is a plus
  • Good knowledge in MS-office (excel - Macros, Reports analysis and Metrics building)
  • Basic /Reasonable working knowledge procurement domains will be big advantage.
  • Need to be prepared to work in a Global Environment that involves all the possible time zones
  • Good working knowledge on postproduction support ticketing tools to track and support Issues (SLA, priority, severity).
Here are a few of our preferred experiences:
  • Overall 6 to 8 years experience with strong Production Planning skill set.
  • Must possess Very strong English communication, Negotiation and Project self-driven skills.
  • Strong in requirement gathering & gap analysis is added advantage.
