1. Oracle Fusion Financial Functional Consultants/Support Engg (5-15 Yrs)-ChennaiModules : AP AR FA GL CM PO Adv collections, P2P,R2R,I2CExperience : a. 5-7 years of relevant experience.Must have Oracle Cloud Financials or Oracle ERP Financials experience, functional or technical, or both.b. Ability to understand Oracle Cloud configurations, configure Oracle Cloud, ability to write and execute test cases for testing.c. For Techno-Functional Oracle Cloud SaaS Experience:d. Team player, good communication in English. Good written and verbal communication. Ability to work across different time zones and multiple different countries.e. Understanding of one or multiple Oracle Financial modules and processes. The following Process and Module experience are acceptable: R2R (GL, Cash Management and Fixed Asset), O2C (AR, Advance Collection, Projects) and P2P (Procurement, AP, Cash collection)f. Additional preference for candidates with experience in FCCS, EDM and EPM.g. Ability to successfully manage internal and external expectations around resolution of issues in Oracle Cloud, within timeframes and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.h. Possesses a Continuous Service Improvement mindset and strong critical thinking abilities.i. Strong people management skills and ability to build relationships throughout the business at all levels as well as externally.j. Analyzing third-party processes as well as internal processes and creating strategies for process delivery optimization. Ability to create and manage RACI, conflicts and workplan.k. Global Support Engineer-Oracle Technical(5-15 Yrs)Position : multiple | ChennaiExperience :a. 5-7 years of relevant experience. Must have Oracle Cloud Financials or Oracle ERP Financials experience, functional or technical, or both.b. Candidate must have knowledge of the following technical areas:c. Report development: Familiarity with BIP, OTBI and other reporting tools in Oracle. Understanding of Oracle Cloud technology. Good PL/SQL skills, understanding of API creation in oracle SaaS, data updates.d. Oracle Integration Cloud: Ability to resolve issues on OIC, create new integration on OIC and understanding of data and mapping of data.e. Through understanding of data structure, table structures in Oracle Cloud. Ability to do break fixes on data, reports and processes.d. Understanding of developing external integration using OIC, other Oracle Tools.f. Understanding of VBCS, Oracle Database on Cloud, APEX development are a plus.g. Oracle PaaS component and oracle infrastructure cloud (OIC) knowledge is nice to have.h. Development experience with ERP systems (Oracle Cloud and E-Business Suite)i. Experience in designing and developing complex integrations.j. Functional understanding of business processes within Oracle Cloud.k. Possesses a Continuous Service Improvement mindset and strong critical thinking abilities.3.Role : Global FCCS& EPM Functional Analyst and Support Lead.(10-12 Yrs)-Chennai# Experience :a. 10 to 12 years of progressive experience on Oracle SaaS and/or Oracle EBS platform.b. 5 years of relevant administration experience with Oracle FCCS and Oracle EPM solutions.c. Demonstrable experience in supporting and implementing FCCS. Proficiency in EPM Automate. Experience in Oracle PBCS, ARCS and Reporting. OTBI, SQL desirable. System integration experience desirable.d. Ability to configure, set up and support Oracle FCCS and EPM applications according to the companys financial structure and requirements. e. Manager user access, role and security privileges within the FCCS and EPM application ensuring secure and appropriate levels of access for individual users. f. Ability to provide system administration and support for the production system and integration with external systems. g. Oversee the integration of data from various sources into the FCCS application, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. h. Ability to monitor system performance, troubleshooting issues, applying patches and updates, and providing technical support to end-users as needed. Ensure change management approval process is adhered to.
