Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations. Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions. Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.8-10 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience. Prior team leadership or management experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as needed.,Architect within ERP Consulting: Our architects own the architectural design of Oracle solutions for prospective and existing customers. They also drive profitable growth by developing market-relevant insights to increase market share or works on the development of go to market solutions . These are senior roles to act as trusted advisor for customers.Due to our strong growth, a need exists for an experienced Financials Architect with a focus on functional process architecture and design across the Finance domain. This role ensures solution feasibility and mitigates risk by leveraging a network of subject matter experts in the various domains. The Architect is also capable of proposing customer roadmaps to realize the proposed solution. The ERP Architect is responsible for designing, developing and supporting business solutions leveraging the latest versions of Oracle ERP Cloud, including modules like Financials, Procure to Pay/Order to Cash or Project Portfolio Management. The Architect will be working on client-billable and pre-sales assignments. These roles are Client Facing and have a direct impact on Consulting. Working closely with our clients, Oracle Consulting professionals design, build and implement strategic Solutions that can help enhance Client business performance.Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor to clientsDevelop compelling, profitable and deliverable customer solutionsBe commercially astute when engaging and advising a clientAdapts existing methods to create alternative solutions to solve complex business problemsAct as ambassadors for Oracle application solutions throughout a customer engagementWork closely with client, sales, pre-sales and delivery staff to develop a robust architectureTake full ownership of best practice of their competency area, covering the whole strategic footprintTake full accountability for the architectural solution of a pre-sales opportunity or projectForm and maintain strong relationships with colleagues in product developmentManage the re-use and knowledge management of their competency areaProvide sales awareness to the sales and delivery community within the Oracle ConsultingInteracts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within OracleSupport project teams engaged in the successful delivery of a wide range of Digital Finance initiatives aligning finance with business strategySupport development of the Oracles IP by driving initiatives around market research, Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, knowledge management, etcRequirements: Over 12 years of combined finance and ERP consulting implementing experience including business process analysis, systems analysis and design, and technical/functional solutions delivery.Solid understanding of the Finance function, operating models and supporting organization structures, and process best practices.Working knowledge of Finance technologies, viz EBS R12, PeopleSoft, JDE, Fusion (General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payables (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), Fixed Assets (FA))Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate with clients, lead key requirement workshops, document and understand requirementsStrong competence in developing presentations required (MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel))Must have excellent leadership, facilitation, interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions and ideasCan demonstrate a strong awareness of the differences between cloud and on-premise solutions and their benefitsProven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environmentStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment and structured decision-makingStrong desire to work in the management consulting industry and deep interest in financial servicesIndustry experience (Telecommunications, Banking and Financial Services, Public Sector Retail, Engineering and Construction, Professional services)Minimum of a bachelor s degree, Advanced Degree like a CA, CPA, ICWA, MBA Finance is desirable
