Job Description

  • Project Role :Platform Database Administrator
  • Project Role Description :Administer, develop, test, or demonstrate databases for a specific Platform. Perform many related database functions across one or more teams or clients, including designing, implementing and maintaining new databases, backup/recovery and configuration management. Install database management systems (DBMS) and provide input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance.
  • Must Have Skills :ControlM Administration
  • Good To Have Skills :Job Control Language (JCL)
      • Key Responsibilities : - BMC Certified Control-M administrator in Control-M Workload Automation - Maintain the scripts and tools around the system as a scheduler specialist - Participate to the analysis, design, development, integration, test and support of the Scheduling solutions - Participate in the development of support functions for Scheduling solutions - Collaborate with IT Mainframe squads and other IT tribes to deliver the promised deliverables - Provide 3rd line support to the system
      • Technical Experience : - CONTROL-M for z/OS and Distributed - Mainframe JCL REXX, - Mainframe - BMC Control-M INCONTROL for z/OS, Control-M for z/OS, Control-O Event monitoring - CA VIEW , CA JCLCHECK, CA AUTOSYS - ISC iCAN - Network concepts - Linux commands and scripting, Windows commands and scripting
      • Professional Attributes : - Analytical and Accurate - Team player - Result oriented - Pragmatic and problem solver - Quick self-starter, pro-active and positive attitude, self-motivated - Good communication skills - Enthusiast to work in an Agile methodology
    • Educational Qualification : - Basic Accenture Standards - minimum 15 years of full time education
