12+ year of experience with technical depth and sound knowledge of different components of Conversational Bot preferably Microsoft (Luis) /AWS (lex, Alexa) platforms Should have played Chatbot Architect roles for at least 3 year or 5 projects and lead the solutions team Create detailed solution and implementation plan based on the requirements gathered from customer. Works with LOB/Operations teams and chatbot platform to understand the business requirements and design solutions for enterprise customers Question / Chat transcript collection from Business SME and converting in conversational flow to be used in implementation Design the User Scenarios (chat conversation flow) A conversation process flow Responsible for creating and curating corpus of content for user scenarios as per requirement. Good communication, open to travel and confident in client interactions Microsoft and AWS AI Certification should be added advantage. Ability to create Automation business case with ROI, Process Definition, presenting to customer and converting into business Experience in Conduction Automation workshops, solutions demo. Design Thinking session related to given business scenarios Hands on with different virtual agent channels including voice (Amazon Echo, Google Home, Twilio, IVRs etc.) and bot development on social channels like Facebook, Skype, etc is a plus
