Roles & Responsibilities:
Handling the Oracle E- Business Suite Support issues through the Ticketing System Provide user with effective and clear solution for the issues raised in the system Analyze assigned tickets based on the User requirement and Oracle / Finance aspect Managing the Alert messages received by support team Perform first level Support analysis and accordingly assigning IT ticket within the EBiz support team Create Solution documentation to improve knowledge transfer Updating required documents whenever new changes happen in the System Create Oracle Service Request whenever necessary to fix the problem Perform User Level Testing in Development environment and analyze the Process impact Proper analysis of New enhancement Tickets and assigning to Business Process Owner for further improvements.
Required skills & profile:
Experience in any one of the Oracle Module - AP, AR, GL, PA & FA. Good communication skills Capacity & ability to work independently. Good team player, ability & willingness to mentor.
