Job Description

    Our innovative and growing company is looking to fill the role of counter sales. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications, but have sufficient experience and talent.Responsibilities for counter sales
    • Follow up on sales order to completion
    • Build customer relationships and increase sales & margins
    • Assist counter sales
    • Maintain showroom displays
    • Assist in unloading products and deliveries
    • Follow all safety, health, security and environmental standards
    • Potentially perform open/close procedures
    • Perform sales and follow up calls to customers/potential customers
    • Counts money to verify amounts and issues receipts for funds received using a cash register
    • Maintains appearance of store and/or restock merchandise
    Qualifications for counter sales
    • Preference will be given to candidates who has prior experience with Pastry & Food industry
    • An interest inFood products
    • Ability to learn automated order entry systems & PCs running Windows based software
    • Basic computer literacy (use of mouse and keyboard, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Office)
    • Electrical, Industrial and/or distribution experience preferred but not required
    • Be flexible to work in other work areas
