Job Description

  • Any Graduate with Excellent commanding / communication skill is MUST
  • Preparing monthly collection projection
  • Payment follow-up on daily basis thro email / over the phone OR in person as and when required
  • Customer ledger reconciliation and getting COB once in a quarter
  • Resolving customer queries
  • More attention on clearing old o/s
  • Maintaining of Petty Cash
  • Posting receipt entries in the system on daily basis
  • Posting adjustments entries of TDS / WCT / short payment / etc.,
  • Responsible to collect acknowledgement invoice copies from customer
  • Monthly Reports to Sales Managers
  • Daily collection updates to Management
  • Monthly GST reports Advances received from Customer
  • JOB LOCATION : CHENNAI ONLY. CANDIDATES WILLING TO RELOCATE CAN ALSO APPLY
