Job Description

*

  • Lead the reengineering efforts for CI in collaboration with relevant stakeholders for driving the digital initiatives and also identify
  • opportunities for automation
  • Automate internal existing processes through digitization
  • Understand policy changes and its impact on the process. Conduct necessary analysis on the process and take necessary
  • action to implement the change without any impact on the business
  • To collate, analyze, infer data around process workflow to identify and remove process bottlenecks, wherever required present
  • relevant MIS to the management team
  • To drive critical migration and system interface to equip a high efficiency process
  • Need to function as a second signor where by review and approve applications with higher credit limits
  • Review and submit monthly reports to in-country management committee and APAC region
  • Monitor unit s control framework to ensure no lapses in the process
  • Continuity of Business - maintain and test plans on a regular basis
  • Ensure correct compliance controls are in place and fully utilized
  • Manage system or process migration on behalf of credit initiation team
  • Help in eliminating error through process improvement
  • Monitor and report any trends (cancelation and rejection analysis)
  • Manage cards on boarding process including vendor liasioning and staff management
