Job Description

Performance:

  • Work with the business to optimize returns while remaining within Risk Appetite
  • Provide support to Business Plan through quick turnaround of New and Existing proposals.
  • Due Diligence on Pre Booking fraud checks.
  • Evaluate and process end to end Loan applications process within agreed TAT timelines.
  • Credit process to happen within defined timelines with adherence to CCPM guidelines and thorough oversight on all credit aspects with due diligence on risks Viz market checks, negative areas, Negative sourcing areas etc.
  • Have an eye for fraud documentation and proposals.
  • Timely clearance of open audit queries, quality control checks with Nil Exception reporting in concurrent audits of all products.
  • Timely completion of Vendor Management related activities.
Client Relationships:Selectively help understand client requirements and deliver the outcome more effectively.
  • Build and utilize working relationships with internal business partners across the organization and external contacts
Organisational Effectiveness:Optimize and adapt business models to audit, regulatory and technology changes.
  • Improve the effectiveness of the new model and adaption to technological changes
  • Audit compliant
Efficiency:Drive cost efficiency within the unit and department as whole.
  • Ensure productivity benchmarks of 30 files (as Apps per FTE per month) are achieved by H2 2019.
  • Smooth flow of transaction with minimum ref backs/change in decision etc
  • Cross geography locations management as and when required.
  • Effectively utilization of work from Home / branch option allowed.

  • Raise the bar on conduct, enhancing engagement with people and reinforcing collaboration.
