Role: CRM Functional AnalystDesignation: Sr. AnalystLocation: Chennai & HyderabadExperience: 4-6 yearsEducation:Graduate in Commerce or Engg. MBA (Finance) a plusQualification:Knowledge of complete sales cycle and experience contributing at different levels, i.e., quotations, pricelists, invoices, collections etc. Should have experience in one or more CRM/ERP MIS Applications.Good to have domain experience or end user experience as a CRM Executive.Preferred experience being part of CRM implementation process for a real estate company.Should have worked closely with sales & post sale teams.Should have handled change intensive organizational initiatives.Should be able to analyse large amounts of data and build adhoc reports for management decision making.Excellent written and Verbal communication skill in English, Email writing is a must Good presentation and analytic skills.Roles & Responsibilities:1. Act as process owner for all Sales & Post Sales applications. (Sales, Invoices & Collections)2. Work with implementation/support partners in implementation of new solutions or improving the existing solutions3. Work to improve CRM collections Effectiveness using suitable technology platform4. Conceptualization of Adoption Methodology, Change Management and Business Benefit Realization5. Effectively manage projects with in schedule & budget in coordination with implementation partners6. Facilitate Ideation, Collaboration and Knowledge Management to enhance business valueReview, assess, renew & negotiate our contract with all service/software providers
