Job Description

    • Designation / Position CRM Manager
    • Job Description (Minimum 250 characters)* Resolving customer queries escalations and maintaining cordial relations with clients Achieve payment collection, and registration targets. Min 90% Recovery for monthly outstanding. Agreement done within 15 days of booking. Cancelled booking retention. Punctuality on site and proper dress code following, avoiding more than 1 emergency leave per month. Additional efforts taken to achieve the targets. Do welcome calls and welcome mails within 24 hour of bookings and provide all the bookings-related information and get feedback for the same. Collection of 10% own contribution, SDR amount, KYC, Loan sanction letter after booking and line-up the agreement. Support the sales and liaison with departments in reference to stamp duty and registration process, verification of stamp duty and registered documents. Interacting with existing clients for post booking queries related to legal and payment, replying on emails or over the phone. Preparation of NOC, tripartite agreements, etc. for bank loan purpose. Interaction with customers on booking, quotation and payment schedule preparation. Maintaining all details and transactions of customers. Preparation of receipt, payment sheet updating & handover of cheques. Preparing documents for possession such as certification of taking over and handing over. Ensure timelines, completion, comprehensiveness and accuracy of all documentation pertaining to clients booking form during sale. Ensure all required signatures of client, CPs & Sales person on Booking form along with KYC is done. Liaise with internal departments to ensure that queries are clarified and resolved satisfactorily identify customers requirements and manage the customer relationship in the best interest of the organization while meeting customer expectations. Timely action on cases which require management approvals (grace period, extensions, cancellations as per process) Timely Execution of Allotment Letters, Agreement Registration and Bank NOC. Completing fit out/final Possession process with Customer Satisfaction. Upselling and Cross Selling to existing customer base.
