Job Description

Minimum a Bachelors Degree Negotiable on or after meeting / interview Responsibilities Include: Collaborating closely with students and parents . Should communicate well and understand the customer, and know their requirements to respond well. Work as a part of a team. Should take initiative to know things from any team members and seniors, open to discuss your ideas and points in a friendly manner to prepare well for better performance later. To be open to assist and involve in any department if necessary. Consider it as an opportunity working with a new department which is not your not coming under your main responsibility, when required. Convert it as an opportunity to learn and update yourself for future growth in the company. Qualifications A Bachelor s or Master s Degree, good communications skills in at least two languages including any regional language is a plus. Experience articulating complex systematic counselling or communication strategies in a straightforward, comprehensible manner. Verifying compliance with policies and requirements. Experience working with educational institutions , consultancies / management companies / HR consultants / hospitality industries and managing day to day relationships a plus. Providing feed back and opinion on your customers for internal network. ,
