# Responsibility Area Description 1 Sales Target Achievement Work closely with the store team to achieve category & store Targets To cross sell and upsell within the category and across influence sale by proactive interaction with customers To emphasis on add on sales & increase in average bill value 2 Customer Service To hanlde customer queries related to product, product availability, pricing information, sizing, material etc. To proactively assist the customer in mixing and matching To esclate any major customer issues/ feedback to the Store Manager/section Incharge as and when required To follow up for the customer orders & accordingly coordinate till the merchandise is delivered to the customer 3 Store Operations Needs to ensure cleanliness on the shop floor Merchandise should be well stacked as per color code To ensure that all merchandise is tagged correctly To have basic understanding of footfalls, conversations, Stock rotation, inventory To raise a flag in case of any discripency/ inefficiency related to stock, To provide regular feedback to section incharge/ Store incharge for merchandise planning To support the cashier at the delivery counter as and when required To coordinate with the MRW in absence of the Section Incharge/ Store Manager To ensure timely and correct TO / TI Should be able to handle the cash desk To support in timely global count and other SOPs are adhered to minimise inventory loss To participate in inventory audit at the store 4 MIS and Reporting Regular analysis of sales and stocks store / category wise To prepare various reports as per the timelines, daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly 5 Self & Teamwork Self development To display teamwork at workplace towards common objective To groom as per Fabindia standards and adhere to the code of conduct
