To coordinate with Authorized service partners and backend team on the service deliverables.Key ResponsibilitiesManage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely mannerFollow communication scripts when handling different topicsIdentify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternativesMaintain ownership of calls throughout the lifecycle of the caller s request, including follow - ups with end - users and escalation teamIdentify opportunities to drive sales and revenue with the company s existing product suite, and seize opportunities to upsell services whenever possibleBuild sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mileKeep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible wayFrequently attend internal trainings to improve knowledge and performance levelMeet personal team qualitative and quantitative targetsCreate and maintain case management records of daily problems and remedial actions taken in a system - maintained database.To coordinate with back end team for resolution of complaint / generation of quotation and in addressing various customer requirements.
