Customer Service , International (Import & Export) , Freight Forwarding.To assist and manage customer service team and build up customer oriented service concept to meet customer satisfaction requirement. To coordinate with sales team for key account promotion and ensure C / S team well understand and follow up SOP To ensure C / S team in fully utilization of Value Plus System and IT platform To monitor and ensure CS personnel are carrying out their daily activities promptly and effectively Leading CS team to maintain or develop the business relationship with new and existing customers To monitor & coordinate with overseas stations , agents & customers pertaining to shipments arrangement Coordinate with airline , shipping lines , coloaders for coordination of daily bookings and arrivals Need to be Familiar with RFQ activities and should be able to work out the best rates with help of shipping line , airline , coloaders Need to be familiar with the custom regulations and rules for Door delivery movement Need to visit the customers for shipment review and performance monitoring To provide prompt actions in resolving issues and maintain effective communication internally and externally To perform analytical tasks for Managements decision making Lead Customer Service Domestic Team to build up customer relationship Monitor CS daily operation activities efficiency and accuracy Assist to train new executives of Customer Service Domestic Team KPI control from CS side (e.g C / N ratio , pick up date etc.),
