Job Description

    Customer Service RepresentativeJob Description / Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide accurate and effective communication to both existing and potential customers regarding products and their applications in various surgical procedures.
    • Build and maintain long-term, positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and confidence in the company as their preferred partner.
    • Collect relevant field data as required.
    • Identify customer needs and close sales calls to meet territory sales targets.
    • Assist in driving market creation initiatives under the guidance of the companys account manager.
    • Oversee and ensure effective distribution management within the assigned territory.
    Education:
    • Minimum qualification: Graduation (preference for science or pharmacy background).
    Experience:
    • 2-3 years of experience post-graduation, preferably in sales/marketing within the healthcare or surgical industry.
    Essential Skills:
    • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Proficient in core sales techniques.
    • Excellent customer relationship management capabilities.
    Desirable Skills:
    • Basic proficiency in internet and digital tools.
    • Willingness to work in an operating theatre environment.
    • Exposure to the healthcare industry is a plus.
    • Eagerness to learn about the clinical aspects of company products and their applications in surgical procedures.
