    • Managestore-based, employee-based, and digital coupon-relatedcustomer issues via email.
    • Review cases, analyze information/tools, and provide accurate resolutions.
    • Use appropriate templates and maintain detailed documentation for each case.
    • Update customer records and classify cases correctly.
    • Follow up on open issues to ensure timely closure.
    • Communicate clearly and professionally in written format.
    • Learn new processes quickly and apply correct resolution methods.
