Project Manager - Delivery Assurance - On Demand job in Chennai , TN , India at Urjanet Experience8 - 12 years of overall experience with a proven track record in project execution and managing multiple projects. Program management: Experience in managing multiple projects in agile environment simultaneously in an onsite / offshore model. Should have worked with Tier 1 organizations , and preferably with work experience of mid - sized companies as well. Experience in implementing industry best practices and processes - ITES. Operation excellence skills include setting up resource planning , handling delivery and issues related. People Management: Should have experience in developing progressive recruitment , induction , career growth plan , ongoing training & research systems , to ensure high quality capabilities in the team & retention. Applicants must be willing and able to work rotating shifts Preferably from Banking and Financial services industry Very good problem solving skills and good excel and powerpoint skills Product Operations and Delivery:Provide overall leadership , vision , strategic planning and oversight of supporting tactical execution plans to ensure successful delivery against the overall delivery roadmap. Implement best practices and processes Delivery & Operations; and ensuring compliance. Identify roadblocks or bottlenecks in delivery , work with various teams to address such issues to achieve / improve KPIs defined Set up monitoring protocol. Monitor KPIs for entire operations Escalate in case of any non - compliance to set guidelines , agreed Turnaround Time etc. Work with other departments to identify ways to improve KPIs Customer Support:Accountable for Customer and employee Satisfaction. Represent to the customers at business reviews , and other critical meetings , for the overall delivery aspects and quality of delivery. Handle escalations from customers or onsite teams and resolve issues to closure People Management:Ensuring effective resource utilization across teams including manpower allocation and release , monitoring talent pipeline and utilization Drive performance assessment , training , coaching and mentoring to team members. Foster a positive environment that allows team to flourish. Takes responsibility for people development including ongoing training , skill building , deployment and career growth. Build competency development and drive to improve productivity.,
