Key Responsibility : Answer the phone calls and respond to the customer requests. Will be responsible for Inbound / Outbound customer calls. Ability to learn customer service software applications. Ability to serve customers politely at all the times. Resolving the customer queries. Recommend process improvements. Should be a Committed, self-starter and result oriented.
