Job Description

    *Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Banks operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Job Purpose
    • To Track settlement reports from card networks, reconcile and post financial entries and fund VISA.
    • To complete document checking, KYC checks, On-boarding activities.
    • Tracking customer complaints/service requests and executing.
    • To ensure high level governance standards are maintained on all responsibilities assigned
    • Adherence to SLA and defined TAT.
    • Adoption to digital strategy and drive Design for No Operations.
    Key Accountabilities
    • Query management. Delivery TAT and Customer satisfaction.

    • Office account reconciliation and reporting
    • VISA settlement funding
    Job Duties & responsibilities
    • Manage and oversee vendor on activities like cards Dispatch, Card Return Undelivered, PIN mailers and Destructions process. Ensure checks and controls are adhered
    • Ensure all Credit Card Onboarding activities, customer KYC and document verification
    • Ensure the Standard Operating Procedures are in place along with detailed manuals for all activities conducted by the Operations team. Also, ensure the adherence to all agreed SOPs and Policies by inhouse / outsourced operational staff
    • Should be familiar on Online payments like NEFT, RTGS, Bill desk and Manual payment process like Cheque and Cash payments for Credit cards.
    • Ensure Operational efficiency & quality metrics are tracked on an Ongoing Basis and reported to Senior Manager.
    • Regulatory guidelines are adhered to as per defined guidelines by L&C and RBI.
    • Ensure Welcome Kit despatch and delivery as per TAT with 100% accuracy.
    • Obtain minimum satisfactory audit rating for the team.
    • Ensure and implement BOD & EOD controls on exception activities.
    • Generate ideas for new processes/initiatives. Participate in UAT. Robust checks and drive DFNO.
    Required Experience
    • A minimum of 4-6 years experience in retail banking with experience of VISA Settlement, Financial accounting and/or office account reconciliation processes in the area of credit card operations.
    • Sound knowledge of KYC, AML and account services guidelines
    Education / Preferred Qualifications
    • Minimum of graduation from recognised university
