Description
Role: To ensure that customer needs are fully met on every record through the achievement of quality and service targets and the delivery of first class customer service.
Required Skills:
Minimum 6 months to 5 yrs of experience from International customer service background
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
Good knowledge in Data and Logical reasoning
Should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to think on their feet.
