    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

    Key Skills & Competencies:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult customers.
