We are part of Data management involved in sourcing and managing various inputs customer centric database and also assess Data Quality Scorecard for digital and portfolio metrics. In order to achieve the best in class analytical solutions across business units we use the best in class tools and technology.Few notables among the multiple areas that we are responsible for:Support data migration and validation to EAP (Big Data) environment: Work closely with Citi s O & T team in sourcing huge data volumes (multi-Terabyte) from diversified data platforms into Hadoop platform and validate accuracy and consistency with the source. Administer Data access across multiple applications and user entitlements.Data Quality Analytics: Generate DQ scorecards on the Assessments and perform analysis of DQ results. Design and Development of Data Quality Assessment Rules and work with regional team in rollout of assessments.Data Management and support ETL: Undertake process to consolidate input data from finance and risk teams and feed to ETAL process. Code, Test and Execute information systems projects. Standardization and Efficient production of SAS and VBK codes achieved by having a standardized data flow, common definitions of metrics, consistent data formatsProject Management: Manage entire project lifecycle, stakeholder communication mentor junior analysts, lead by example etc.Relationship Management: Interact regularly with Partner leadership to set and manage expectations aligned to group capabilities and work to deepen existing relationships.Data analysis, Data profiling & Data Quality SkillsHadoop ecosystem tools and Analytical/Reporting tools integration with Hadoop systemExperience with designing and architecting Big Data solutions (Preferred)Experience with ETL tools preferable.MIS reporting and generate actionable Business InsightsTools and Platforms:Proficient in advanced SAS, SQL, Teradata.Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and working knowledge on VBA.Past Experiences with Big data, HDFS, Hive, and Python is preferable.Any working knowledge on ETL process and tools is value add.Domain Skills:Good understanding ofBanking domain (Cards, Deposit, Loans, Wealth management, & Insurance etc.)Good understanding of current trends in Big data,ETLSoft Skills:Project Management, people management/mentoring skillsAbility to identify, clearly articulate and solve complex business problems and present them to the management in a structured and simpler formAbility to identity root cause & provide recommendationShould have excellent communication and inter-personal skillsMust have capability to clearly communicate analyses. Presentations to both technical and non-technical personnel are required to be made frequently as part of the job.Contribute to organizational initiatives in wide ranging areas including competency development, training, organizational building activities etc.Ability to thrive in a techno-functional role that requires not only standardized reporting, but also on demand adhoc analysesEducational and Experience:Master degree in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications / Engineering from a premier institute. BTech/B.E/MCA in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications(Preferred) Post Graduate in Masters in computers1 - 2 years of hands on experience in delivering reporting/Data Management with at least 1 year experience in Banking Industry.
