Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Data Modeler with 6 to 9 years of experience, you will be responsible for hands-on data modelling for OLTP and OLAP systems. Your role will require in-depth knowledge of Conceptual, Logical, and Physical data modelling. You should have a strong understanding of Indexing, partitioning, and data sharding, with practical experience in implementing these practices. Your expertise in variables impacting database performance for near-real-time reporting and application interaction will play a crucial role in this position. Additionally, working experience with at least one data modelling tool, preferably DBSchema, is essential. If you possess functional knowledge of the mutual fund industry, it will be considered a plus. Moreover, a good understanding of GCP databases like AlloyDB, CloudSQL, and BigQuery is required.Key Responsibilities:- Hands-on data modelling for OLTP and OLAP systems- In-depth knowledge of Conceptual, Logical, and Physical data modelling- Strong understanding of Indexing, partitioning, and data sharding- Practical experience in implementing database performance optimization techniques- Working experience with data modelling tools, preferably DBSchema- Functional knowledge of the mutual fund industry will be advantageous- Good understanding of GCP databases like AlloyDB, CloudSQL, and BigQueryQualifications Required:- Minimum 6 to 9 years of experience in data modelling- Proficiency in GCP, Data Modelling (OLTP, OLAP), indexing, DBSchema, CloudSQL, BigQuery- Strong understanding of variables impacting database performance- Working knowledge of at least one data modelling tool- Functional knowledge of the mutual fund industry is a plus,
