Please note that as we continue to embed our hybrid working environment, we remain in a test and learn phase, which means that working arrangements may be subject to change on reasonable notice to ensure we meet the needs of our business.Introduction:Support the delivery of PA&C data products by owning the end to end delivery of data pipeline - data mapping and definitions, data ingestion and data assurance. Lead and coach a team of data analysts to enable delivery. Partner with PA&C Product Managers and HR Technology to build and enhance PA&C data products.What will you be doingo Oversee and lead on data sourcing initiatives to enable delivery of PA&C data productso Act as a subject matter expert on PA&C data and security frameworks, providing advice and guidance to colleagues within PA&C, HR and in the business in an easy-to-understand manner. o Act as an escalation point for the resolution of issues related to delivery, in partnership with the Product Manager and Development Lead, as required.o Translation of Business Questions Accountable for translating business questions to data definitions and source to target mapping documents, through a team of data analysts Engage with development and testing teams to ensure business questions and outcomes are clearly understood and provide clarifications as requiredo Delivery Assurance Review proposed design for PA&C data products and provide feedback to ensure design aligns with business outcomes Ongoing engagement with HR Technology and PA&C product teams to ensure development aligns with agreed design Oversight of technical testing, including regression and SIT activity, to ensure validity and completeness of testing carried out Work with HR Technology Testing team to define test strategy, test cases and validate execution of testing against documented acceptance criteriao People and Planning Prioritise team activity across multiple initiatives and seek support of existing prioritisation frameworks as necessary to enable delivery Provide accurate, data-driven and well-articulated verbal and written updates on delivery, and team capacity for workstreams ownedWhat were looking for:o Bachelors Degree or Equivalento Proven ability to effectively mobilise and manage multiple priorities/projects, ensuring consistently high delivery.o Ability to analyse problems and make decisions - commit to a course of action after identifying and assessing alternatives based on logical assumptions, facts, resources, constraints and organisational values.o Builds trust through credible use of facts and data and possesses ability to creatively resolve problems and issues at paceo Understanding of HR products and technology along with a practical, pragmatic and solution orientated approach.o Demonstrate strong communication and collaborations skills.
