Job Description

    Responsibilities for this position include:Ensure timely extension of new regular and promotional materialsIssuing internal memos relating to trade deals/discounts/GPR, and promotional launchesPrice List Maintenance and Staff SalesCreating Purchase Requests for Media related activities and PO for promotions manipulationManage Client Annual Reviews with Wealth Planners ensuring that these are actioned and completed in line with agreed service levelsEnsure main duties are carried out fully in an efficient and professional mannerAttends regular team meetingsEffectively communicates with Team Leader making them aware of any problems or worries in relation to carrying out own dutiesAny other ad-hoc duties relevant to the demands of the roleTracking and reporting on budgets, including raising SO/PO/SE/GRS, churning impact reports for opex
